5-minute Peanut Mala Silken Tofu
quick, easy, protein packed, and full of flavor
INGREDIENTS
- 1 block 300g silken tofu (preferably organic/non-gmo)
- 1 Tbsp Everiday Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Everiday Mala Chili Crisp
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- more Everiday Mala Chili Crisp
- crushed peanuts
- spring onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain and pat the silken tofu dry to remove excess moisture. Be gentle, silken tofu breaks easily
- In a small bowl or jar, add the coconut aminos, mala chili crisp, peanut butter, and rice vinegar
- Whisk or shake to combine.
- Place the tofu on a plate, pour over the spicy peanut sauce.
- Top with more mala chili crisp, chopped scallions, and chopped peanuts.
- Serve alongside your fav veg for a complete meal.
