Watermelon Lemon Gut Loving Gummies
Homemade gelatin gummies that are great for your gut!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh watermelon juice, strained
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, about 2 lemons worth
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp gelatin
INSTRUCTIONS
- Strain your watermelon juice of any seeds and pulp and pour into a simmer pot.
- Add your lemon juice and honey and mix.
- Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the watermelon mixture and allow to bloom for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Once your gelatin has bloomed (dissolved a bit and become thick) heat your mixture on the stove on a low flame for about 5 minutes or until the gelatin is completely disolved.
- Transfer into a square dish to cut later or you can use silicon molds for little shapes.
- Keep in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours to set.
