Viral Cottage Cheese Flatbread
A easy bread replacement that is high in protein
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp sat
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- any other dried seasoning you like
- spray cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp Everiday Everything Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 180℃ / 350℉
- Add all your ingredients & seasoning expect the everything seasoning to a blender and blend till well combined and smooth.
- pour your mixture out on a lined baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with oil, and spread your mixture out evenly.
- Sprinkle your Everiday Everything seasoning over the flatbread batter.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Once done baking, allow the flatbread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes to firm up.
