Crunchy Minced Tofu

Air Fryer All Main Coures Mediterranean Flavors Mexican/Latin Flavors

IF YOU ALWAYS THOUGHT TOFU WAS BLAND, THIS RECIPE WILL CHANGE THAT!

This Crunchy Minced Tofu is a is so versatile and delicious!

I'll be honest, it took me a while to enjoy tofu, but once I learned how to season it and cook it, my opinion changed.  Some might call tofu bland but I consider it a blank slate.  When seasoned and cooked well it can be a delicious plant-based protein to add to any meal!

Today we are doing a tofu mince or crumble.  It resembles ground meat and can easily be added to salads, power bowls, or even had on its own.

Crumbling the tofu and mixing it with your seasoning really helps in pickup flavor and when cooked the tofu bits brown and become a bit crunchy.

The seasoning I am using in the recipe below is just one option.  Get creative!  I've done this as a plant-based taco meat, and even Indian style.  Honestly anything goes!

INSTRUCTIONS
