Creamy Miso Garlic Tofu

Air Fryer All Asian Flavors Everiday Main Coures

THIS CREAMY MISO GARLIC TOFU IS BIG ON FLAVOR!

A delicious tofu dish, perfect for a weeknight meal!

I personally love tofu.  It’s like a blank canvas that takes on the flavor of whatever you cook it with.    Today we are doing a creamy miso tofu that is downright delicious.   We combine Everiday Foods Miso Garlic Chili Oil with peanut butter or tahini, along with a few other simple ingredients for a yummy and quick meal.

If you don’t have Everiday Miso Garlic, you can sub with 2 tsp miso + 2 tsp of your favorite Asian-inspired chili oil + 2 tsp of minced garlic.

In this recipe we are doing a little prep for the tofu.  We are soaking our tofu in a hot water salt bath for about 15 minutes.  This adds flavor and texture to the tofu, but if you are pressed for time you can skip this step.

I hope you love this recipe!  Drop a comment below if you make it and let me know what you think!
