Maple Bacon Roasted Brussels sprouts

INGREDIENTS
- 500g/ 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 4 slices bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200 ℃/400 ℉.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat the sprouts and bacon.
- Transfer to the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
