Maple Bacon Roasted Brussels sprouts

A wonderful side dish that combines a bit of sweet and savoury

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MIN COOKING TIME: 30 MIN

INGREDIENTS

    • 500g/ 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
    • 4 slices bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃/400 ℉.
    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat the sprouts and bacon.
    4. Transfer to the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
