All Appetizers Asian Flavors Everiday Main Coures

TRY NOT TO FINISH THIS BEFORE YOUR GUEST ARRIVE!

Bang Bang Chicken is a Sichuan-inspired appetizer made with shredded chicken and covered with a creamy, savory, nutty, spicy sauce. Perfect for serving in lettuce cups when entertaining!

This is one of those recipes that is so good, that your friends and family will be asking you to make it again.

Best part is, you will be happy to make it again and again, because it is so simple!

While traditionally Bang Bang Chicken is a cold chicken salad appetizer, I've found myself having it as a main too!  It pairs well over a salad, sauteed veggies, white rice, or your noodle of choice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breasts poached and shredded

  3. Plate your chicken into lettuce cups and garnish with remaining scallions, fresh cilantro, toasted sesame seeds and more chili crip.
