If you ask me, almost anything tastes amazing dipped in chocolate!
I love chocolate-covered strawberries for the perfect guilt-free dessert when entertaining, or to keep in the fridget for a little indulgent treat. The best part is, these take minutes to prep!
Make sure your strawberries or fruit of choice is dried well after washing so that the chocolate adheres well.
I have used this recipe to dip cookies, marshmallows, bliss balls, bananas, nuts, and more. The options are endless!

Chocolate Covered Everything
A simple DIY chocolate sauce you can use on anything!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bar (dairy-free if needed)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the dark chocolate & coconut oil in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. (The bottom of the bowl shouldn't touch the water). If you prefer you can also melt in the microwave by heating for 30-second increments till done.
- Dip your strawberry or whatever you like into the melted dark chocolate and then set on a parchment paper-lined tray or plate. If using other types of fruit I suggest avoiding very moist fruits. These will make the chocolate very runny and won't adhere well.
- Pop in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour to set well.
